A MUST when in the Vail area- ditch the Vail Village scene and go to Juniper- GREAT food, generous portions and the flavor and variety of food should not be missed. Make reservations and plan to sit and enjoy the experience! The bacon wrapped pork chop is stellar; the chicken is packed with flavor!

delicious food and great service, perfect for a nice meal with loved ones to wrap up a long day on the slopes :). everything we tried was great! took our server’s recommendation for appetizers and grabbed the spanish octopus and scallops—both were cooked perfectly and had very well balanced flavors. for mains, you have to get the veal. out of the 6 in our group, we ALL ordered it and loved it. my only ask would be for a little bit more pasta, but only because it was so delicious and the veal pieces they give are MASSIVE!! finally, none of the desserts disappointed. we especially loved the sticky toffee pudding and the one apple dessert on the menu (can’t remember the name but it was warm and full of spices and just so, so delicious). what a great meal!

All I can say is "Wow"! I have not been to Juniper in 4-5 years though it was always one of my favorite restaurants in the Vail, Colorado area. My meal was fantastic and even better than I remember the food being at this restaurant. We had an amazing and perfectly prepared Ribeye Steak and a superb Halibut. Starters were also incredible - grilled octopus and sliced hamachi. Dessert was a very chocolatey fudge/toffee bar. The coffee was also very good. Service was fantastic and our waiter was just the right combination of attentiveness, friendly, and knowledgeable about the items on the menu. I live in New York where there is no shortage of great restaurants but very few compare to the meal I had tonight. I cannot wait to come back!

Forgive me for forgetting the names of all these dishes for they were ALL AMAZING and I would eat them again. During my trip to Colorado, I can safely say this was the best restaurant we went to. Made a reservation for the restaurant was completely packed. While busy, it never felt too loud with each table a comfortable distance apart from one another. As mentioned: food-wise the options were all delicious and beautifully plated. A staple I would recommend would be the soup!

Incredible meal. We come to Beaver Creek every couple of years and have never been to this spot. We will absolutely be back! They were able to accommodate gluten allergies on almost all dishes by switching up components of the dish. Would absolutely recommend.

I’ve been there many times, and it’s always an incredible experience. I love the place—the atmosphere is unbeatable, the food is excellent, and the music, with a Kygo-style vibe, creates the perfect setting. The host is entertaining, very friendly and handsome, adding to the charm of the place. If you’re in the Vail Valley, Juniper is a must-visit. 11/10, highly recommended!

Our table of six really enjoyed this place! We went on a Friday night (had a reservation). The corn bisque had a great taste (could have better hotter). There was a special app--Japanese tuna, which the table loved. The focaccia bread was a huge hit. For mains, half the table ordered the filet & lobster dish which was amazing. Colorado chicken and the yellow fin tuna were also favored. The crab cake (as an entree) was also enjoyed. Our friend was celebrating a birthday and we did receive some ice cream for that as well. Fun experience. Recommend.
